We offer innovative, evidence-based CBA solutions that are engaging, flexible, and tailored to the cultural and linguistic context for planning, implementing and evaluating High-impact Prevention (HIP) activities.
We provide customized, peer-to-peer TA, focusing on engagement in person and online using creative and innovative technologies. Our approach includes: Peer-to-peer mentoring; site visits; templates and toolkits; online learning communities; webinars; and live chat office hours.
By increasing the knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy of our peers to implement HIP, the SFDPH aims to support the goals of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy in reducing HIV infections, decreasing HIV-associated morbidity and mortality, and eliminating health disparities.
The goal of the CBA program is to strengthen the capacity of health departments to plan, implement, and sustain high-impact HIV prevention interventions.
