HIV Navigation Services

This webinar was developed to assist grant writers in preparing applications related to high-impact HIV prevention. By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to: Understand the history of patient navigation and its importance in prevention and health promotion, analyze the correlation between HIV navigation services to the vision and goals of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy: Updated to 2020, recognize the role of a patient navigator as it pertains to eliminating and reducing barriers to accessing prevention and care services and develop and implement a navigation process within organization.
